Meet our Yoga Instructors!

Hannah has been practicing yoga since childhood. Introduced to the practice by her mother, her first and most enduring teacher, yoga has been woven through her life for as long as she can remember. She completed her 200-hour RYT at Yoga Landing in Chattanooga and continues to explore the practice with curiosity and respect. Before teaching yoga, Hannah worked as a field biologist in many locations around the world. That experience shaped her deep appreciation for nature, which remains a central influence in her practice. She’s inspired by the way slowing down allows us to truly notice the world around us, from the smallest wildlife to the subtle shifts in our own bodies. In her classes, Hannah teaches meditation, pranayama, vinyasa, yin, and mindful strength-based movement. Her approach is grounded in the belief that our bodies carry innate wisdom. When we get quiet enough to listen, we discover that each person’s practice is unique and that we are ultimately our own best teacher. Hannah’s intention is to create space for students to reconnect with themselves, honor their individual needs, and cultivate a sense of grounding that extends beyond the mat. Through her teaching, she hopes to nurture a deeper connection to self, nature, and community.
